I was once an acne sufferer just like you but I soon came to realise that as acne sufferers we are not being told the whole truth. Well I am glad to say that every time I look into a mirror, I do not see that same red and acne filled face staring back at me because I now have clear skin. Fried foods will make acne appear much faster is a major myth because science has not yet proved a link between this type of food and acne. It has been proven that dairy products can increase the amount of acne on your face so limiting these foods is preferable how ever if you must eat them 1 or 2 serves is plenty.

Another food to be aware of is bananas as they contain a specific amino acid that is known to onset acne break outs. Bananas are a very healthy food so it is highly likely you are eating them in your diet. Try taking them out for a few days and see how that goes some may experience a shortage in acne how ever if nothing your body can tolerate this food.
