Here another small tip that might help you: just changing your bedsheets and pillow case more often might already help you to reduce your acne a bit. Because this way, the old sweat in your pillow that gets absorbed every night doesn’t have the chance to get in touch with your skin anymore. In order to avoid having to do the laundy constantly, you can flip your pillow around every night, so that you never sleep on the same side of the pillow two nights in a row.
