Cure acne, cure pimples. It’s as simple as that. But you know better, don’t you? That it only sounds simple, and can in fact be quite a pain. So, how do you cure acne, and thus cure pimples? Well, here’s my personal take on it.
I’m a little biased, but I personally prefer the natural treatments, for a variety of reasons. You can do most of them at home (and at very little cost) and there’s a much smaller chance of a severe or adverse reaction. Plus, you can brag to your friends that you cured your acne organically, and sound really fancy and sophisticated.
Which natural treatments? Tomatoes, lemons, honey, cucumber, and oats, to name a few. For tomatoes and lemons, rub the juice on the acne and let sit for 30 minutes, then wash off. For honey, apply and let sit as long as you’d like, before washing of with warm water. Cucumber and raw oats can be made into a mask, then just apply and let dry before taking a warm shower.
I know what you’re thinking: “I want to cure acne, cure pimples, and be done with it. Those are great treatments, but will they cure my acne?” On their own, no. There are a few small habit changes you need to make for these treatments to have a permanent affect.
First, make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This will keep your skin (and body) hydrated, helping to prevent further clogs in the pores and follicles. Second, try to sweat at least 3 times a week. This will help to remove toxins so that they can be washed off.
Changing those habits, combined with using those treatments a few times a week, should definitely help you cure your acne and cure your pimples. However, I know that this was a pretty short list of treatment methods, and you might not like them all.
